Thank you Jeff Stevens I appreciate you not only agreeing to installing the new liner that failed but covering a truck load of water!! Jeff went above and beyond to take care of a frustrating situation, he could have just said sorry can’t help you but he did the right thing and I appreciate it very much!! He truly cares about his customers!

This review is based on my own personal experience hiring marklynn pools to do a liner replacement for my inground pool.I met with Jeff the owner.He promised me a high quality pool liner replacement. What I received was a very unprofessional crew that showed up unsupervised.During the install I witnessed the workers yelling and swearing about Jeff and how he doesn’t know what he is doing.One of the workers was smoking near the new liner.Another worker received a electrical shock during the light installation.Another worker fell in the deep end and could have been injured. Called and scheduled pool opening in April to have pool opened May 29, it happened to be Memorial Day. After trying to contact them via phone, left voicemail to verify they were still going to come out due to the holiday, no one showed up. I called both phone numbers listed, no one answers, you have to leave a voicemail. I also emailed as well to be sure I’d hear back from someone in which I did, however, I was promised to be rescheduled and told multiple times I’d get a call to be rescheduled and it’s been over a week. Pump and pool bot died. Came out within two days fixed everything and gave me a loaner bot. This is the place.
