Recently we bought a new spa from Mastercraft and it exceeded our expectations! Kind and experienced staff walked us through our options and helped us make our decision. From the initial sales pitch to the delivery everything went smoothly, I was very impressed by our salesman Scott with his knowledge and ability to give us info on their range of spa's. When I went shopping for a hot tub the advice that stuck out is to purchase based on the store, rather than the brand, since it will be the people coming to service your tub that will be the biggest factor in how your experience is. I think I made the right choice with coming here. There have been some frustrations due to what I'll attribute to bad luck, but Mastercraft has consistently been in good communication about our issues and helpful in getting things fixed. Extremely impressed by how the team handled my customer support. I got a package with missing parts and they were able to get me the new one the same day with no questions asked. Heather and Nathan went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I live 45 min away and will still use them them in the future

Overall, really easy experience. Came in a couple months ago and asked about some hottub options. They mentioned some better deals were right around the corner at the fair, so I waited and came back around fair time. They gave me a deal I was happy with and no one else in town could beat. I looked at the tubs at the fair too, and none of the deals there were as good as what I got from mastercraft. I appreciate Scott hooking that up for me. I want it to note, that Nathan Obray and his team here at Mastercraft, are the guys to talk to. The service is faster that you'd imagine and any/all questions they feel free to help wherever possible! Call Nathan and his team and you won't be disappointed. They help me with our pool and I couldn't be happier.

We love the service from here. Very friendly staff. Helped us choose the spa that was right for us. Have continued with support and help for the last three years. Also helps and supports our extended family who inherited a spa but not from master craft. See them at least once a month when I get our filter cleaned or to pick up fresh supplies.

We had such a great experience with Mastercraft from start to finish. Amanda in the office was incredibly helpful in getting the process started and made everything easy right from the beginning. Mike, the head of construction, did an amazing job overseeing the project and making sure everything was done right.
