Absolutely horrible service. Neal rarely returns calls or responds to emails, and is extremely unprofessional and rude! If you are looking to have your pool serviced or adding one to your home, I would make sure to carefully consider your options. Service is important and to me it's not worth working with someone like this.

There's literally no customer service or communication in this company. You can call several times, and/or leave messages, but they will show up unannounced whenever they want. Whether or not you are there. Last guy they sent out had an attitude, interrupted me when talking, and left with absolutely no solution or game plan. I can't imagine doing a big project with them.

Went to the service/parts counter at the store front. Brought in a broken PVC union nut was looking for a split nut to replace it. Was sold a used part for new price and then when I got home found out the used part was stripped out... the small transverse screws on the side of the nut that hold it together were in-operable. Lesson learned.

BEWARE! Called company to open our residential pool in April. Never heard back so we had another company open it. They show up two weeks later, no call, no knocking, and dump chemicals in our pool that was already open. Ruin our levels so we have to dump more chemicals in and ruin our whole weekend of using the pool. We wouldn’t have known they were here if it wasn’t with out cameras. Instead of calling and asking why things were done they walked in our garage and dump chemicals in our pool. Called them to resolve the issue, and they still sounded like they were going to charge us saying they …

Installed my pool, customer service not good at all. needed a new cover years later, would think since they put it in they would be better priced than another company who did not install it. Nope and rude guy on phone. Not good.

MCR was who installed our pool, so we used their company when we bought our home, however, service is VERY poor. The techs sit in the shade, when confronted they state they have a specific amount of time to be at the property. The only service they did was chemical adding. They didnt scrub or complete most of the tasks that were in the weekly check list. I took video and photos. I asked service manager about the service and at the end of the season our water was icky. Neil never did respond to my messages and phone calls. Such a disappointment, prices are ridiculous for the 5 minutes of work…
