Crawford and his team. Such hard workers! They had to work on an eroded area with underground irrigation and many unknowns in a small tight space. They had to fix a steep embankment and move ALOT of dirt! They also had to kind of think on the fly as things happened we didnt anticipate. They performed on hot summer days and exceeded our expectations on the project. Crawford was so kind to keep us posted all along the way and they worked long hard hours to get this done to mitigate any water intrusion issues. Crawford did an absolutely outstanding job on our boulder retaining wall. We loved that he kept us well informed when there was a rain delay and when finished up placing the boulders he put everything back together and overseeded the lawn. I highly recommend McDowell Landscapes and will certainly reach out to the again for our next project>

Crawford McDowell did excellent work on many projects in our yard last fall. He listened attentively to our thoughts, added his personal suggestions and then followed through in a precise manner when decisions were made. He was careful of both our house and older landscaping as he and his helper worked daily to complete our several projects. They removed and repositioned sagging paver steps in a retaining wall, releveled many pavers in our large 25-year-old patio, installed a new small patio on the side of our garage, sandblasted the old patio and adjoining wall to remove moss, and finally s…

We have had an amazing experience with the owner, Crawford and this company. They did extensive excavation work for our detached garage build and have done an amazing job so far. We felt the pricing seemed competitive and the communication and professionalism is top notch. We highly recommend!

Crawford and team did an amazing job providing us rock landscaping around the perimeter of our home. From the start Crawford was courteous , professional. From coming onsite and providing us a quote to cleaning up after the job was done, they were consistently professional in their work. I highly recommend McDowell Landscaping. Crawford (the owner) came over to assess the patio paver project within one day, and provided an estimate the next business day. Scheduling the project was challenging due to lots of rainy weather, but Crawford was very accommodating and adjusted the schedule to meet our requested timing. Ben did the patio paver project (removing existing pavers, regrading to correct drainage issues, putting new gravel and sand down, and reinstalling the pavers). One of my older family members moved to the area and was overwhelmed with the amount of work is needed to keep a property looking good.
