I recently had the pleasure of working with Jeremy from Megasun Pools, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. Despite it being after 6 PM, Jeremy answered my call and took the time to discuss the issues I was experiencing with my pool heat, which another contractor had incorrectly attributed to the thermostat. Jeremy came out the very next morning and quickly diagnosed the problem. I had scheduled to meet with Jeremy at the property on Monday between 10am and 12pm. At 11:30am he asked me al vid text if we could meet the following day. We agreed upon 9am. I arrived at the home at 9am and texted him. At 9:06am he called me to say he couldn't make it. When I asked him when he'd be able to make it he then told me he was no longer interested in the job. I couldn’t be more pleased with Jeremy. He was the only one to get back to me on the 4th of July, after my pool guy left me hanging with broken valves for 2 weeks. You can imagine the condition of my pool. He told me to shut the pump off, so the pressure didn’t cause more problems. He came Monday and got everything up and running. So professional and sent me videos of everything to explain what needed fixed. Then he came back the next day and took pictures of the filters before he cleaned them and after.
