We’ve been using mid county pool and spa for several years now. During this time we’ve had a few technicians regularly working on our pool. While all were professional and helpful, we’ve found Nate to be exceptional. He always takes the time to answer our questions, listens to our concerns and goes above and beyond. We really appreciate Nate’s work! Must also mention how impressed we’ve been with Eric and Dawn. Our pool looks great! Thank you!

Mid County has been our pool service for over 5-years and have only had a terrific experienced. Eric and his staff are professional, experienced and always accommodating. We have also had Eric and his team replace most of our pool equipment and they are experts, prompt, and offer gold standard products. Thank you Eric and Team!!

We are very pleased with Mid County Pools. Been with them since moving to Florida almost five years ago. Eric (the owner)responds quickly if we have any questions. They provide great service at a reasonable price. Our pool is always crystal clear!! They employ good people who care about their job. We are especially happy with our current tech, Nate. He genuinely cares about his customers and it is reflected in the condition of our pool. We look forward to seeing and talking with him every week! Highly recommend Mid County Pools.

Kyle and Eric went above and beyond when a landscapers lawnmower broke one of my pipes. They took my call after hours to help me turn the system off, worked with the landscaper to have them understand how it was broken and get the landscaper to take care of the cost at a fair price that made all parties involved treated properly. Not to mention they always do a great job cleaning the pool. Highly recommend this company when something wrong happens to your system they’ll actually be there to help you.

Excellent, reliable company that is committed to making sure customers’ pools are available to be enjoyed year round. Eric is a trustworthy, responsive and professional owner who has offered me good advice without trying to sell unnecessary replacement equipment before it’s needed. Alexander keeps my pool gleaming and clean with weekly maintenance visits. Very satisfied and highly recommended.

Mid county was great at first but went downhill fast for us! From asking them to recommend a vacuum for us that they were going to order and never got, to breaking the water outlet off the front of our house and never repairing it to a constantly filthy pool even 5 mins after they left and “cleaned” it to the final straw of taking a video of the dirty pool right after the tech left and sending it the owner who did not respond, then when we said to cancel our contract simply said OK- not lets fix it- they just dont care- sad.
