Minella has been opening and closing our inground pool for probably close to 30 years. At least 5 years ago they converted our chlorine system to a salt generation system for us and did a great job with that along with other services that they have provided us throughout the years like replacing our filter and pump. Have developed a great relationship throughout the years with the owners, Shelly and Rick, and I feel good when i have to call them for something, I feel like I am talking with a friend. Been doing business with Rick and his son Tyler for just about 6 years now and neither my wife and I have had any issues with Minella Pool services. Maybe 1 or 2 minor issues but as they say....shit happens. But give credit due for the fact Tyler who now runs the business in our area is very responsive whenever I call him and gets the problem solved. So a big shout out to Tyler and his crew for keeping our pool running 100% every week performing maintenance keeping the pool crystal clear which makes my wife very happy because she uses the pool more than I do. Thank you Minella!

Minella Pool Service is both informative and fair! Tyler and his team educate us every season on the pool and make sure it is running in the most efficient way possible. We recommended them to others whenever pool discussions come up!

BEWARE!!! Rick & Shelley are the most unprofessional business owners I have ever encountered. Not only is Shelley unresponsive, she is curt and blames lack of horrible service on the customer. When we converted our pool to salt water; paying $2,400 we asked for a quick tutorial of the new system, not only didn’t Rick return to show us the new system, but his wife Shelley simply said they were very busy, but not busy enough to collect our $2,400! This company built my pool in 2015 and were so great to work with .. the knowledge and professionalism Is great they continue to service my pool every Year and if I have any questions Shelly or Tyler are right there to answer and help any concern from maintenance to filter system .. anything … I have recommended them to other people as well … highly recommend this company without hesitation !
