Scam. Michael, if that’s his real name, is on Craigslist saying “Hey there- I am so sorry but we found someone who was super close to us and they are coming to get things taken care of. I feel awful. We are a new company and are really trying to get our feet under us, so I'll definitely keep your number on file if there is anything else that we need. Thank you so much and I'm sorry again!” then saying “ Hey I know this is probably a long shot so please do not feel obligated- but would you possibly be willing to leave a quick review on our page? Like I said we are just getting our feet under us…
