Pool leaks are scary so I did lots of research before contacting Moore. When they arrived I was very impressed. They narrowed in on the skimmer, but tested every other system to make sure there weren't other issues. They ended up cutting out the old skimmer and replacing it and a square of deck above it. The concrete matches as well as can be expected and I was impressed with the final product. Again, they didn't leave until they tested it. They were very thorough and communicated well. They'll be the first I call when getting remodel bids next year.

The technicians at Moore Leaks leave NO STONE UNTURNED! They did the typical bucket test but then spent time diving and checking lights and plumbing and every possible place where water could be escaping the pool! We are so so grateful for their thorough, in depth inspection and findings on what was going on with our pool! Their office staff is super prompt with responding and scheduling and they were responsive with follow up questions. Impressive !!! We bought a home in December and learned that the pool, the skimmer the spa have a lot leaks and cracks in it. We had a company (supposedly specializing in pool leaks) charge us $500 to tells there was just a slight crack at the skimmer. But the recent thousand dollar water bill told us there’s more than a slight crack. We’ve had other pool repair people out but they say they don’t have time for an intensive inspection. We had another great experience with these gentlemen. They replaced the skimmer and repaired the leaks in the spa beautifully. They matched the tile, colors and surface so well on the spa that it looks better than I would have ever thought. Best part is that the loss of water is GONE!! I can’t say enough about the professionalism on the job, the attention to detail and the quality of their work.

Very disappointed in this company and their service. They came out to fix a leak in the beginning of June after diagnosis it was the skimmer drain and the pool refill valve. The morning they came for the repair. I, of course, went out and spoke to the original tech and discussed some of our concerns and let him know that I would be home all day and to please keep me posted on how things were going or if they needed anything.
