I waited and waited to give this review and today is the day. I've dealt with this company one time and thats to close my pool. After that I have been calling and texting with them for a few months with promises to get back with me with cleaning and opening my pool. The previous owner highly recommended them and I guess for him it worked out well. It only worked out for me 1 time and after that nothing. This company is unprofessional. Recently purchased a home 9 months ago. The previous owner gave a high recommendation and that he has utilized this company yearly for closing the pool for the winter and any other repairs if needed for years. So my husband and I did not expect anything less than great service. To our disappointment we received far less. After initial contact and returned responses they came out and closed the pool. This company does not return phone calls nor text which they recommend doing. They gave me the runaround. If I continue to wait for them, I want have a pool for the summer. Maybe others had better service but not for me

Highly recommend Motor City Pools. They installed our above ground pool for us. They were very professional, on-time, polite, answered all our questioned for us, very nice guys. GREAT TEAM WORK! Was smooth sailing for them. They all knew what they had to do and got it done. There wasnt anyone standing around wondering what to do next. It was great to watch that kind of team work. Was very impressed at how fast they leveled the ground and installed everything.

Poor customer service. They do not return calls nor do they respond to texts which is the preferred method of recommendation from them to communicate but that doesn’t seem to get a timely response either. I wouldn’t recommend this company for any servicing needs. If you hold your breath in anticipation of a response let alone service you’ll end up a code blue.
