National Aquatic Services has the monopoly in California for servicing Maytronics pool sweepers. They know it and at least in my case took advantage of their situation. My Dolphin Plus sweeper stopped working. I contacted the manufacturer and was directed to N.A.S. They're over 45 miles from me. I took my unit in, they charged $95 to diagnose the problem and another $190 in labor to replace a cable and a few other parts (which were obviously marked up).
