Great to work with. Don and the entire team are very knowledgeable and were eager to help with any questions or concerns that came up. We were given a 6 to 8 week time table for completion and the were able to finish in 4. The pool came out perfect. We can’t wait for next year when we can enjoy our new pool for the whole season. We purchased a 18x36 inground variable depth inground swimming pool from Olympia Pools and Spas in Ft. Wayne. Our sales staff focal point Zach was outstanding as we started investigating pool options and in helping us pick the best option for our property and our family. Olympia Pools replaced our pool pump and sand filter this year. Overall, their pricing was the best along with their professionalism and knowledge of pools. We drained and painted our old concrete pool and had to get it refilled. A guy we hired to deliver water had some issues with his truck so unfortunately, the poll water wasn’t high enough for him to test the newly installed pump on the day it was installed. After we had sufficient water in the pool, my husband had some issues getting the pump primed. We tried to troubleshoot as much as we could, but it would not work. Olympia pools …

Overall, my husband and I were very pleased with our experience with Olympia Pools and Spas. The store staff and on-site teams were very knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to answer any questions we had. The texting communication was very handy and useful. Someone always got back with us quickly with a reply. It was obvious to us that the work teams knew their jobs well. The process seemed to go smoothly and the pool came out looking great. They all did a super job!

I had a wonderful experience, the technician was very Friendly and professional, he accessed my hot tub damage due to winter freeze and even found areas that wasn't visible at first, he fixed everything, and gave me tips on how to avoid this issue again, and tips in winterizing the hot tub.
