Olympic Medal Pools has been servicing my pool for many years. The owner Loren shows up consistently at the same time every Wednesday. They vacuum the pool floor, skim the surface, scrub the pool floor and walls, and even somehow remove stains from the pool. They ensure the pool has the correct amount of chemicals and ensure that the pool mechanical equipment is running correctly. They periodically clean the pool filter. I was with Olympic Medal Pools for a few years and I was very happy with their service. However, recently they informed us that they are going out of business and transferred us to a company called Aqua Buddy. This new company POISONS DOGS and LIES ABOUT IT. During their first visit, they carelessly left or disposed of a chlorine tablet somewhere in our yard, where our dog found it and ate a portion of it. She is having serious health issues from it and is still sick. When we confronted Aqua Buddy with this, they denied any fault and tried to blame it on us. Terrible pool service and even wors…
