We had Outside install a beautiful fiberglass inground pool along with a custom outdoor kitchen and fire pit area. The synergy between the pool placement and the entertainment space is perfect. Their crews were respectful, cleaned up the job site daily, and delivered exactly what was promised.

WORST company! See reviews from another customer Ravi below - 100% correct. They promised to open up the pool 2 weeks ago but no meaningful work was done. I called them repeatedly to follow up through documented text messages, phone calls only to be informed today that my pool won’t be ready. Totally unreliable, unprofessional. Do not hire!!!

Overpriced pool service. They are supposed to come multiple times till the pool is truly swim ready. First time they came, simply took off the pool cover and started filter (fine). Second time they came, didn’t clean the pool filter, the filter baskets, nor the basket inside the pool pump and forgot to start the filter when they left! Also didn’t unplug some of the return jets that had been winterized and so water wasn’t flowing properly. Third time, despite me telling them about service issues, still didn’t clean out the basket inside the pump, didn’t unplug one of the return jets, and I f…

They didn't just dig a hole; they helped us design a custom gunite pool that actually fits the layout of our yard. The tile work is flawless and it really feels like we have a private resort now. These team is amazing. My pool has not looked better before. I had my pool cleaned and serviced by different professionals last two years and the water looked dull all season. This year, I decided to engage ‘Outside’ and just after a single cleaning the pool in crystal clear and I don’t even need to put much chemicals etc. highly recommended!

After a disastrous initial pool service company, we were fortunate to find Outside. Their dedicated team, particularly Danny, Tony, and Carlos, have given an above and beyond level of customer service rarely seen these days. Caring staff with the expertise to do it right. Thanks Outside! Changed to 3 stars after a no show for our scheduled pool opening and no warning or explanation. Get it together Outside!
