Highly recommend! Jeff went above and beyond to help us with an issue we were having with our pool. We don’t even live in his normal service area, but he still came out after being recommended by a friend — and I’m so glad we reached out. He fixed the problem and then took the time to teach my husband and me how to properly operate the spa so we can avoid issues in the future. That extra effort really stood out. I had an excellent experience with this pool company. They recently repaired and replaced pool pumps at my home, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The Welches brothers and team was professional, knowledgeable, and honest in their assessment. They clearly explained the issues, provided practical recommendations, and completed the work promptly and efficiently. We’ve been extremely pleased with the service from our pool company. They are reliable, professional, and consistently do an excellent job keeping our pool clean, balanced, and ready to enjoy. Communication is always prompt, and it’s clear they take pride in their work. It’s a pleasure working with a team we can trust. Marcelo is my main man. I recently had a problem with my spa heater that would not operate correctly. I have been using this system for 10+ years and feared that I had a broken heater. I reached out to my Pacific Pools representative, and Jeff came out less than 2 hours after my call and immediately fixed the issue. Mind you this is an extremely busy weekend, and Jeff came out sooner than I could have hoped for and did not charge me a penny. Pacific Pools and Jeff are best in class.

Excellent and reliable service and I appreciate the weekly email listing everything that was done during servicing. Great staff and super responsive. We had to do some major replacement of old equipment, and they were reasonable, fast, and professional. Highly recommended!
