I had a leaky pool sand filter that a few other companies said they couldn’t fix or replace. When I called Palmetto Pools, they responded quickly and replaced the filter unit at a great price. We’re very happy with their service and highly recommend them.

Had a nightmare issue after my pool was installed. Concrete was set after pool was filled with water so needless to say concrete mix got all in my pool making the water awful. Palmetto Pools and Spa did a great job getting it cleaned out for me and the water balanced out again! I spoke with Michelle a lot, she was great! Always easy to get in touch with. I appreciate there transparency with pricing as well so we knew exactly what to expect. Will definitely use them again and recommend them!

I called palmetto pools for a heater repair and was very pleased with their service. Dan ( technician) was prompt and courteous. He is very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired the problem same day as he had the repair part in his van. I would highly recommend this company for all your pool repair needs.

I could not ask for a better spa maintenance professional than Dan with Palmetto Pools & Spas. Communication is phenomenal and his work is second to none. We will be using them at every rental property we acquire in the Upstate area.

Palmetto Pool company was great. They advised me on my specific options with my setup and took their time explaining everything. Highly recommend over the "other" local company in my area
