Kim knows her stuff! She's always so helpful in getting and keeping our pool right. We also just got a new liner and Bobby was fantastic to woek with and did an incredible job! Love having this store in our town - thank you!!

The prices are insane. Twice as much as the other pool supply stores. A bag of chlorine shock was $13.00. A small canister of chlorine tablets was $120.00. I will not go back nor recommend due to this price gouging.

Paradise Pools is a Bowling Green TREASURE!! Kim is SO helpful and knowledgable. We had many problems with our water in our inground pool this summer and she helped us straighten it out. Thank you!

Kim is a wizard. I take her a water sample and she dials in the exact dose of medicine to get my pool looking right every year, all year. Her customer care is amazing and she knows the details of every pool she treats or services, even if she hasn't seen it. If you have a pool in Wood County, go see Kim at Paradise Cove.
