This company was assigned by First American Home Warranty to inspect my pool heater. Unfortunately, the technician appeared inexperienced and seemed to be learning on the job. After the visit, he submitted a report to the warranty company that contained inaccurate information, which resulted in my claim being denied. I have made multiple attempts to contact the company to discuss the issue, but they have not returned my calls or shown any interest in resolving the matter. Complete Incompetency - this company was hired by my home warranty company to take a look at my pool heater/plumbing - the heater is not covered as it is not hooked up. I understand that but they offered zero suggestions on where to move forward from there. As far as the pool plumbing- there is a leak that i have already diagnosed at the union joint that feeds the return to the pool pump - i was hoping to use my home warranty that i paid for this repair. But this company concluded that there is no leak and my filter is just clogged( all the filter needs is a backwash, as i cleaned it a little …

I had a new pool heater install 3 years ago by another company and never used it because it wouldn't stay lit, I thought there was a problem with the gas. I called Perfect Pass Pools and Jose came and fixed it quickly. It was wired wrong by the other company 🤦🏽‍♀️. Jose was neat, clean and very professional. He's greatly appreciated 🙂

We were having an issue with our hot tub and Jose came out and diagnosed and fixed the issue within two days. Very happy with the service we received and not too sure about the negative reviews left by others… don’t always trust negative feedback… we had absolutely no negative experiences with this company and will use them again if we are ever in need of services!

Horrible company! Absolutely not professional, incompetent and impossible to deal with.. They filed a report for my home insurance company and they misdiagnosed the problem, so the insurance denied the claim. I had to call a rispected and qualified company to diagnose the problem again, and finally have the job done correctly. Stay away from them, they could cost you a huge waste of money and time!!

This is the worst company u have come to your house this people only want your money and not do the job the tech named Jose came over took parts off my heating unit never came back to put it back and finish fixing it do not have this company company and do any type of work in your pool systems..
