Perfect pool liners asked and received $12000 for half the work on my inground pool and has yet to do the job. Asked for my deposit back and haven’t received any answers back. Went to Keith’s store only to find it wasn’t there anymore. I give this company 1 stars (only because it won’t post with no stars) until I receive my service or deposit back.

Perfect pool liners has been amazing to work with. I had my liner replaced last summer and it is BEAUTIFUL. Their prices are very fair, they are very responsive to all of our pool needs and I am getting ready to order our new cover from them. I 10/10 recommend them!

This is a very bad company. I hired them in August of 2023 to replace the walls and liner in my mom's pool. My mom was disabled, could barely walk, was on dialysis 3 times a week and needed the pool for therapy. They came out very nice at first but it was one delay and excuse after another. They pulled out the old liner without taking out the cap strip that hold the liner in place and then left open gaps in the liner and in less than a year the brand new walls are falling and big surprise they will no longer answer the phone or texts. Came to my home to look at our hut tub which was leaking, didn't repair anything, they were suppoyto call back with a quote for a new liner and pool cover but never did.
