I never left a review of my experience with pinnacle pools. Came to my home for a routine cleaning, used my personal pool cleaning equipment and instead of using a soft bristle brush to clean the sides of the pool, the employee took my deck brush, which is quite hard and rough to scrub the side of the pool, causing hole damage. Not taking responsibility for what their employee did, my pool was damaged and was not able to use for the rest of the summer. I have before and after pictures of what the pool looked like. Pinnacle Pools did a complete renovation of our plaster pool that included extensive demo, new plaster, coping, and tile. They did a great job of dealing with the challenges inherent to the job, on budget and within the agreed upon timeframe. Bruce really cares about the quality of work that he provides and it shows. He is very honest, extremely knowledgeable, and a real stand up guy. We would highly recommend Pinnacle Pools for any of your pool needs.

When our regular pool company stopped servicing our vinyl liner pool I needed to find someone new. I left messages with other places, but Pinnacle was the fastest and easiest to communicate with. They responded quickly, were able to help us open our pool quickly in April and came back to help us get the chemicals balanced correctly. I was also able to call and ask advice about what my pool might need to handle the pollen heavy spring. They were so helpful!

I have had nothing but trouble with these guys, prepaid for an opening and a closing. Waiting for over 2 hours post scheduled time. Left a message about 30 minutes after them being late, but no reply called back, and Bruce answered, said they didn't have nothing for me on their schedule but yet I have the printout from where I paid and it plainly shows I'm on the schedule and I paid 637.07 for the opening and closing in advance. The only pool place and service I will go to for anything! I have tried other pool services, and they want to half-ass anything they do but still want to overcharge! I would recommend Pinnacle Pools over anyone else. Great service, very knowledgeable, and does great work!Thanks, Bruce, for your pool service. Pool was green after they opened and treated pool. Multiple issues with pump from how it was hooked up. Then pool busted open and they wouldn’t provide any help.
