We had a great experience with Platinum Patio and Pavers! Bacchus came out for a consultation and was very personable and then presented a 3D mock-up the very next day! When there were a few things we wanted to change, he took very good notes and made sure they were included in the new plan. Jeremy and Thomas were also very good at communicating what was happening when and making sure to listen to our concerns. Platinum recently completed a project at my home involving extending out my front driveway with pavers and also a completely new install of pavers and a pergola in my backyard. I honestly could not have been happier with the results and the overall service and quality - from the back office (permitting, updates on construction status, communication, and professionalism) to the on-site team performing the work (I was fortunate to be home during most of the construction and was able to witness the meticulous way they all went about their work - it was quite impressive). We met with and received proposals from several companies in the area for a new patio project. I am thrilled we chose Platinum. After meeting with their designer Brianna, she came back with ideas that were spot on with what we were looking for. I received three bids to replace my flagstone patio. Platinum was in line with the other numbers, but was quick to respond and professional in their communication. After many disappointments with contractors, we are so happy we selected platinum and love being on our patio! They even use a project management software to communicate project information and change orders. This ensures everyone is on the same page and shows the owner values communication. Most importantly, Ruben, Jose and their crew are perfectionists. The finished product is beautiful!
