Sam and José were very friendly and professional. They did an outstanding job opening the pool.They went above and beyond what they did. They even worked in the rain with no complaints. José had great customer service toward me. I hope to see both of them again. If you don’t go to Russos pool you a fool.Thank you Mr Russo for hiring hard working men. Russos pool even installed my pool liner. Wouldn’t have anybody else work on my pool. Thanks again José and Sam.

I’ve been using Russo’s Pool & Spa Company since I first purchased my new Dough Boy Pool. I just got a new Liner because I’m selling my house and the buyers wanted a brand new one. Craig made sure I received it on time and secured the installation of it for me. Their service is outstanding and Craig is the best at helping his customers get what they need immediately. This is a great company to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I am deeply frustrated about the lack of customer service from Russo's pool. I bought a Doughboy pool with a 30 year warranty. After 10 years my pool wall is cracked and splitting and should be covered by warranty. I called Dan from Russo months ago. He asked for pictures which I gave and now he won't answer my calls or emails. Beware of post purchase customer service as it's not there.

last year they took care of my spring shock, this year we had an appointment and after i waited for weeks, they refused to work on it, same pool, i called office and they said this type of pool they won't do, so i asked for manager, but she was rude and cursing me when i said i would write a review, so i am

Be aware of these guys on the road! On 90 eastbound yesterday and one of their drivers was all over the highway. Changing lanes abruptly without signaling, tailgating, and moving in between cars with little room. Nearly causing several accidents. The driver was either talking or looking down at their phone while continuing to drive erratically.

Very poor service work. Pool equipment was not installed according to electrical code. Intermittent power outages caused by their poor work was never fixed. Heater control board failed because of the power surges. They never fixed remote controller on the new and expense pump they sold me despite full warranty coverage.

I had a very hard time finding a service to come out and fix my above ground pool. I spoke Yulissa and she was able to get an tech out here quickly and solve the problem. She even got the parts for me and put them at the front so I just needed to pick them up. She was so efficient and nice. Honest pool tech as well! I would highly recommend Russo‘s.
