Jared, Jordan and the rest of the team at Platinum Pools did a fantastic job on our pool. Our project presented some unique challenges due to elevation changes that were handled professionally and with ease. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Jared and Jordan and the Platinum team did a great job with my pool. Seamless process from design to startup, and I appreciated the frequent communication/contact. Getting to see a 3D pool rendering on the computer was a plus. I am about a month in and the pool looks great. Any punch list items were quickly resolved and the pool is already being enjoyed. I would definitely recommend Platinum to anyone look to build a pool in the area, you won’t regret it!

Once my wife and I decided we wanted to install a pool, we did our research (gunite vs fiberglass, etc) and had three different companies give us bids. By the time Jared with Platinum Pools came out, we had decided we wanted a fiberglass pool. We even told him not to make the 3D mock up. Boy, am I glad he didn’t listen to us! After seeing everything Platinum Pools had to offer, we chose them to install our pool. Jordan was our project manager and was wonderful at keeping us updated with the progress. Josh and Beverly and the entire team at Platinum Pools Beaumont are exceptional!! All the crews that came to our house were very punctual and did an excellent job. They were very attentive through the process from selecting the tile and the plaster finish and provided us a contact to view a pool they had completed recently. Our pool looks fantastic and I would recommend Platinum to anyone that is considering new construction or a makeover.

We spent over 100k for our pool and if it was under warranty they eventually took care of the issue but if you expect service after they take your money don’t spend your hard earned money with this group. I own a service company and we take care of the people that take care of us but Platinum just wants to build your pool and go away they don’t want to fix the issue that you will have 5 years later. They gave us some preferred contractor to call and we never received a call back from the either. What’s crazy is we spent over 100k and we are left trying to find someone to work on this pool 5 ye…
