1 Star - Absolutely Awful Service – Avoid at All Costs! I regret ever hiring Playtime Pool Service. My pool has never looked worse. The water is constantly cloudy, the walls are slimy with algae buildup, and the chemical levels are through the roof. It’s clear they have no idea how to properly balance a pool or maintain cleanliness. Despite their regular visits, my pool is unusable most of the time—and I’m left with sky-high chemical bills and a disgusting swimming environment. I’ve had to bring in another company just to undo the mess they’ve made. Completely unprofessional and a total waste…

We used the primary pool service company in our area for many years. We decided to look for an alternative 3-4 years ago. Meg and her crew are tremendous- always timely and responsive to any problem. We recommend Playtime wholeheartedly.

After going thru 5-6 companies I got to the folks at Playtime. Meg could not have been more helpful. They came out in terrible weather and performed a miracle. The guys were super nice and 100% professional.......they did an absolutely amazing job. Do not hesitate to work with Playtime!

Meg and her staff are always professional and responsive..we have used them to open and close our pool for over 25 years. They have replaced our motor and filter when needed. Great to work with. We highly recommend them !
