Pool Covers Inc is an exceptionally good company and they have always taken care of me when my pool cover has needed service. This past time Krys was the technician who came. He was very polite, courteous and efficient and he replaced the aluminum drum that had corroded away to the point of breaking from the gears. He was able to do the repair in a couple hours and now The cover works Perfectly. I highly recommend Krys and the whole company does an excellent job at servicing and maintaining their products

Everyone i dealt with was great from sales to installation. Have to give a special shout out to Alex our installer for both the pool cover and second install of the electric motor. He knew his stuff and explained everything he did and why . Also a genuinely nice guy and hard worker. Have to explain about price because it's on the survey. Their covers are not cheap, but not only is everything well made but the installation was spot on. So this is one of the items where you may get what you pay for.

We had a pool cover installed a few months ago. On Sunday the pool cover wouldn’t close. We put in an emergency call to the office as we have a young toddler at home and are terrified he will somehow find a way outside. It has been two days and we cannot get a call back from management. I was just told unfortunately they are 5-10 BUSINESS days out for service. I’ve asked if a tech can be pulled to handle this as we do have young children and there seems to be no compassion with regards to the safety issues. I bought a house with a pool that had a cover from Pool Covers, Inc. already installed, and have had it for about 12 years now. Overall, the company is good, and does good work. The covers definitely don't last forever, I've had to replace many parts over the years, and it is always very expensive. At least every year or two you will need to have them out to deal with an issue, and every visit starts with a $240 service fee for the first hour to come and investigate the issue. Often they can't come for 5-10 business days, so if your pool cover doesn't open your pool is pretty much offline …

I bought a pool cover from them for my parents house and the process was smooth from start to finish! Jay, the salesman who I worked with was great and very responsive. Scheduling was easy, which I appreciated since I was coordinating this for my parents. I ended up buying an aluminum spa cover for their hot tub as well. Highly recommend!

I've been a customer of Pool Covers, Inc for over 30 years, and they've always provide excellent service. Their technicians are skilled, professional, and responsive. I especially want to recognize Krys, who consistently goes above and beyond. His friendly attitude, attention to detail and willingness to help make every service visit exceptional. In addition, outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this company.

DO NOT provide your credit card information to Pool Covers, Inc without a statement in writing that clearly outlines their scope of work. They may tell you that they cannot send a technician to service your pool/pool equipment unless you provide your credit card info. They may also advise you verbally that they will not charge your card for any work that is not pre authorized. They did just that in our case. Take our advice and either require written work preauthorizations or simply go with another company. If you live in the Bay Area, there are at least two other reputable, honest and profess…
