When I first contracted with Pool and Deck, their payment schedule required the final payment to be made before the job was complete. Pool and Deck answered my objection, as you know where we are. Yeah, but it was a huge leap of faith for me. They held our hands throughout the entire project. With a project this big, you are going to have problems, and it's how they respond to the issues that make this company special. In May 2024, we decided to renovate our existing pool, screens, and lanai .A neighbor had used Pool and Deck Concepts todo the work and they were very happy with the finished product. We contacted Mark Masser who came to estimate the work. When we met with him at the office, we liked that they had pictures of projects done with various tiles and finishes. Even better, they had samples of surfaces, tiles, and pavers. One of the best pieces of advice Mark recommended was leathered marble vs travertine. It was a much better choice. A very positive experience from the very beginning to the end! Mark came to our home to discuss the restoration of our pool deck and the the next day we met at the office to discuss tile samples! The lovely project manager, Belin Molina, was also great to work with, explaining the entire project! The work and the workers were here every as expected and were on top of everything.

We had a wonderful experience with pool and deck concepts, the administrative/support staff were in constant contact with us.. also the demolition and reproduction workers were great and their final work came out beautiful! We thoroughly enjoyed working with the construction manager ( Leo) his attentiveness to all work details was impressive. We highly recommend them.

My wife and I would like to thank Pool & Deck Concepts for building our pool, this company for us is one of the best companies a client can work with. We would like to thank Mr. Mark for his excellent work from the beginning and we would like to thank Edrik who was a fundamental key in the construction of our pool, Edrik is a person who is always present at all times in the construction of the pool, any time you call him he always answers his phone, we recommend this company 100% to other new clients.

WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH OUR PROJECT HERE ON MARCO ISLAND, AND WE EVEN GOT OUR NEW NEIGHBORS TO SIGN UP FOR A NEW LOOK AND THE POOL DECK AREA GREAT FUN , GENE AND KAREN THANKS, EVERYONE !!
