We could not be happier with the work done by Donald and his team at Pool Icons. He displayed professionalism from the very beginning. After the initial consultation and visit he provided a quote and a 3D rendering of what our 12x24 pool/spa, landscaping, and outdoor kitchen would look like. Wow! I am having my pool remodeled in Rancho Cucamonga, and this company is unbelievable. not sure how they received all 5 star reviews with the experience i had. christian managed my project (building a pool and hardscaping my backyard). this 3 month project ended up taking 7 months. christian was barely ever on-site to oversee his workers. things were rarely done correctly the first time around and a large amount of mistakes were eventually fixed once i pointed them out. 1) the original dig for the pool was not done in the correct area of the backyard and not according to plans 2) tile was placed in incorrect directions around spa which had to be removed and redone 3) trash was l…
