Bought a $6,000 pool table just 2 years ago and called to see if they could move it or take it a part and had one of my worst customer service experiences. I understand that they don’t move them and they are busy to take it a part for shipping beyond my move but she kept directing me to Google to look it up with even a few basic questions like. “Can I talk to someone (in the next few days) just about about what tools they use to remove the felt without damaging it?”Like the answers to all the other questions “You can google it”

I recently had the chance to work with Pool World, and I can honestly say my experience was excellent from start to finish. This is one of those businesses where you can tell right away that they genuinely care about helping their customers, not just making a sale. What stood out to me the most is that there seems to be a newer team in place, and they are putting in the effort to learn, improve, and really understand what customers need. Poor customer service. Have called and done online requests for service and no one is returning messages either over the phone or email. I expected better from a local company

I bought a brand new Brunswick pool table from Pool world and had them install it in my home. After 10 months most of the wooden shims feel out. I called and after a lot of push back they came back and reinstalled it. (Stating this was normal) Now my shims are not loose but the felt is loose on most of the bumper rails. This is a novice mistake and I would not recommend them for installation. This is a big investment, so have it done right. PS, the felt doesn’t tighten itself and if put together right your pool table should not fall apart. Period

It has been 3 months since my initial inquiry on a new pool cover. I have emailed and called several times. I was told I was not forgotten. Well I was forgotten and ignored. Terrible customer service. Now Sept 3rd and nothing from Pool World. We decided to go with another company and the cover will be installed tomorrow.

Contacted them May 23rd about hot tub service. They said end of June they were available and would reach out about coming up the never did Called July 13th to get them out here and they won’t return them.

Great place!! Family friendly place to get all your pools darts and billiards. Foosball tables air hockey ping pong they've got the best of everything you might need for a game rooms.
