ran into truck lic#841595 on the road. driver passed many cars in a do not pass lane and ran me off the road then flashed obscenities while driving. Very unsafe and unprofessional behavior from their representative on the road (with their logo on the truck.) Hopefully this company takes this driver from behind the wheel of their truck. I definitely do not want those trucks in my neighborhood if those are the drivers they hire. Won't be using their service if that is who they get to represent them.

Fantastic repair service. A competitor wanted a lot of money and never fixed the solar problem. Poolcraft fixed it in 30 minutes and fixed the iAquaLink system which the Jandy customer service people has totally messed up. I highly recommend this company. Friendly and professional.

This company left the pump running costing over $800 per month. They dismantled the timer. They disabled the pool filler. They left the pool full of leaves for weeks which they said could have blocked the pump. After 2 years of service the owner insulted me and complained about the equipment. Find an owner operator who is skilled and knows how to open a gate without complaining!

Thanks Pool Craft! I came home to a green pool as a result of my pump cavitation get while I was away. My pump was toast. My equipment was questionable. The Pool Craft techs quickly came up with a replacement solution that has made my life much easier. They replaced my inefficient sand filter with a state of the art cartridge filter system with a variable speed pump coupled with an automated temperature control system that takes care of itself. Stay away ! Rude people , they set up appointments and don’t show up , the lady on the phone is not only vulgar and rude she is also clueless !! Call others for your service there is no advantage in using this company
