Poolmax and their team are absolutely wonderful. They promised us a pool by summer and boy did they deliver! Its magically to see your backyard go from concrete and grass to a pool oasis. the whole experience was five stars. Their quality and craftsmanship above and beyond. Highly recommend them.

We had an amazing experience with Poolmax Inc. Dave came out to estimate for a possible pool resurface due to our pool having an algae issue. We ended up not only resurfacing but adding a spa, new coping, new tile and switched from plaster to pebble with new pretty tile and a new pool filter system. They were extremely professional with competitive pricing, and we had great communication along the way. Poolmax did an awesome job on our pool. Everything was handled professionally from design, pulling permits, digging the hole, and plumbing to the final details with the stone, pebble tech, and tile. They suggested an extra large spa to have for the cooler months and they were right. Our family has been using it every weekend since the end of summer. Go with the glass Liberace tile and an extra large baja step for lounging. You won't be disappointed!

This company honestly has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They will tell you that they pride themselves on customer service but in the multiple months that I tried to work with them, they NEVER CALLED ME BACK ONCE. I honestly don't know what their "coordinator", George, does all day other than ignore his phone and lie to people about making progress on their jobs or calling people back. After meeting him and him giving me his number, I would call him, and it went to voicemail every time, so then I would call the PoolMax phone number and he would answer it and I would say it w…
