This place is amazing! There is no other place in northern Utah that is as big of help as poolwerx. They helped me day after day get my hot tub water figured out. They ran samples of my hot tub water and slowly we got it back on track. If I could give this business a 10 star rating I would.

Poolwerx deserves 5 stars for one reason alone: Marianne. I’m still not fully convinced she doesn’t secretly own the place because she runs it like a CEO, therapist, and customer service superhero all rolled into one. If she doesn’t own the place, somebody better give this woman a raise immediately before another company steals her. I came in confused, mildly irritated, and fully prepared to spend my afternoon regretting hot tub ownership. The customer service can’t be beat!!!! Stephanie has helped me every single time I go in, which is every few weeks to take care of my hot tub. She is the BEST!!!

THE BEST POOL COMPANY. their store is always clean and there's always a welcoming smile and environment as soon as you walk in. they've helped educate me on just how to take care of my new pool, and didn't for one second make me feel stupid. Stefani was awesome and quick to help! definitely will be recommending these guys for all my pool friends, and will be using their services from now on.

We are newbies to above ground pools and after trying to figure it out on our own we decided to go in to Poolwerx Ogden to get a free water test. It was super fast and the lady was incredibly friendly and helpful. I’m looking forward to using them more in the future!

$10,000 doesn’t buy any consistency or quality. Sometimes they refill the auto chlorinators. Sometimes they don’t. Most times they don’t actually catch damaged or leaking equipment when it is obvious that something is leaking because the floor of the equipment room is wet. They have told me on at least two different occasions that my ozone machine is repaired. The first time they ordered the wrong parts and charged me for the work even though they didn’t fix the ozone machine. The second time they promised the ozone machine was fixed but it still shows a malfunction light. I’ve now paid…
