If You're looking for a pool company that provides comprehensive maintenance, Priority Pool is your company. We recently had a pump installed and had our manual system converted to a Bluetooth system. From the first initial call to the installation, everything was done quickly and efficiently. The worst ever pool service company! They come up with fake stories about what is wrong with my pool... and send expensive repair estimates.... first was a new pool pump... repair cost over $ 3,000.... I got it done under $ 2,000... next a flip valve.... $ 360 just the cost of the flip valve.... Amazon sells it for about $ 20.... Last week they said my pool has too much salt..... how did that happened? Their technician came and poured in a couple bag of salt.... pictures and video shows.... while we were away.... my guy comes to the house 2 or 3 times a week.... checks everything... of course …

When my longtime pool tech retired, I asked around and kept hearing great things about Priority Pools, so I decided to give them a try. I’m so glad I did! The techs are friendly and skilled and know how to work on my Pentair system. The office staff is so responsive and truly a pleasure to deal with. On top of all that, their prices are very competitive. Highly recommend!

I recently signed up for weekly pool maintenance. Before they start a tech comes out to inspect equipment to make sure everything is in good working condition. They found a few things, which I knew about and they handled it within a few days. The weekly service is very thorough. It’s cleaning out the debris, baskets and check chemicals. I receive an email report with photos & everything that was done & added to the pool. Very impressed with the cost and quality of service with Priority Pool. They are not out to nickel and dime you like I have experienced in the past. Everyone I have talked to is professional and knowledgeable! Anna & Felicia in the office are great. But the most important person is Devon who is my pool tech. He does everything that needs to be done EACH time! No cutting corners. And, if you have questions, he will answer them. Very helpful. My pool looks fantastic!

We recently moved into a new home with a pool and spent a few days researching different pool maintenance companies. While we were away for three days, the water started turning green, and algae began forming on the walls and floor. We knew we needed to act quickly, so we reached out to Priority Pools to see if they could come out as soon as possible. They arrived the very next morning and did an outstanding job.
