I recently had an unfortunate experience with Prism Pool Pros while making a home purchase. I needed a pool inspection before finalizing the deal and had limited time due to contingencies in place. However, my experience with this company was less than satisfactory. Firstly, communication was an issue from the beginning. My realtor provided the property address to Eric on May 25th. This company has constantly helped me out with pool issues. Numerous times Eric has come out and diagnosed problems and told me what to buy to save money. They have fixed 2 pumps, my cleaner and just repaired my spa that wasn’t working correctly. I recommend this company to anyone that has a pool.
