Finding a good pool company is so hard. My pool has never been so spotless and crystal clear. Pristine Pools is always super responsive and takes care of the client. Any repairs Ive needed have been taken care of promptly. I highly recommend them.

We moved into a new home in the Spring of 2023 and Pristine Pool has serviced our pool since. Initially the service was good. We liked the owner (Mike) and he was doing twice weekly service for us. All good. Apparently Mike sold the company in 2024 and the new owners took over. Things went south from there. Only after it was too late did we realize things changed dramatically and our pool took a radical turn for the worse. The calcium buildup on our tile became progressively worse by the month. I've lived in the desert for 17 years, and my experience with pool companies has been less than stellar.......until now. Pristine Pool was referred to me by my last pool maintenance company who was getting out of the business. That was a couple years ago, and since then, I've been tremendously satisfied with the quality of the service, and the condition of my pool. Special repairs are always handled quickly, and with a minimum of fuss. A word to the wise: If you have a home warranty plan, do NOT let them decide who works on your pool.
