We had our pool finished by Geoff and team in July. From the start, Geoff was an absolute pleasure to work with. He really cares about people and it shows in how he handles everything. Anyone who is thinking of using Pugh I wouldn’t look anywhere else. Geoff built entire pool in under 12 weeks time. The quality of materials Pugh uses are amazing. When we meet Geoff he never tried selling us at all, he was very personable and I could tell he was passionate about helping create the best possible environment for families to thrive. Geoff is a man of God! Thank you Geoff for everything.

I had Geoff at Pugh pools put new diamond brite on my 21 year old pool. Rudy and crew did an outstanding job prepping the pool and applying the new coating. It took no more than a week even with rain delays. I was impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and friendliness of everybody associated with this company. Nina coordinated the project and always kept me informed of developments. I could not be more pleased with how my pool looks after the work done by Pugh pools.

My wife and I had a great experience working with Pugh Pools. We had three bids to build a pool that was going to be a difficult challenge. Our backyard is hard to access because there are elaborate narrow walkways with gates and plantings and artificial turf. Geoff Pugh and his foreman visited multiple times to prepare an accurate proposal and offer creative suggestions. His price was the best of three bidders. He was willing to work with me on the task of preparing the site, protecting the walkways and dealing with the tight workspace constraints. The outcome exceeds the vision. It took many years to move forward with this process. So grateful i did it.

Obviously, I'm leaving this review because I'm not happy with the service. They built my pool, and I had to call them multiple times for simple stuff. They keep forgetting to clean the pool. I scheduled a school appointment, which apparently is the way for them to show me how to use my machine. I had to schedule that three times, and on the day that they're supposed to show, I call and they say that I'm not in the schedule. I asked to speak with the manager. They said that the manager would call me back and never do. Honestly, if this review ever gets to a manager, I would consider reviewing …
