Jim and his team at Quality custom pools are very professional and had great communication with us the entire process. They stayed on schedule and communicated the next step each time they were done. We surveyed pool owners in our community and almost every one had Quality Custom Pools build their pools. These owners had nothing but praise for Jim Barrett's integrity and professionalism and the final result. We talked to other pool companies but Jim was hands down more knowledgeable and more credible and we were impressed with his business model. I can’t say enough good things about this company! The design was beautiful and perfect for our backyard. From start to finish everything went like clockwork! Communication couldn’t have been better. We knew exactly what was happening and when. All the work crews were professional and polite. We couldn’t be happier with our new pool and spa!! 6 months in pool works amazing. Haven’t had any issues mechanically, cosmetic wise I had 1 small “rust spot” but the owner has reached out and will fix it in the summer. The design process was pretty cool, owner did a “sims” style 3D design to show how it would look In the back yard. One minor thing I do regret is the placement of the light on the deep end, I had the owner put a ledge that walks along the side which created a bit of a shadow when swimming in the deep end at night so make sure you go through all the small details when reviewing your final design so you don’t make the same mista…

We had an in ground pool and spa built in the summer of 2020 by Quality Custom Pools of Menifee owned by Jim Barrett. They built a wonderful pool and spa and finished it on time and at the price that was written in our contract. Now this summer, two years after the pool was built, we had an unusual problem with the pool: a leaky pipe. I have called this company several times. Not sure if they are in business or not . They came 4 months ago and they never called or sent quote . I called over 6 times and no quote or returned call. Not the greatest!

This pool company is top notch. Owner is very knowledgeable and explained the install of gas pool heater, solar heater and DE filter. Next year we will use them for resurfacing our pool. Local company in the area for more than 20 years. Give them a call.
