Made an appointment three weeks ago with Rafael three weeks passed by. He did not show up and when I called back, they said he forgot or he’s backed up. That’s why he didn’t make it very unreliable. I did a pool liner with him for the last two years liner keep coming out of the space will never use him again. Thank you.

Rafael’s pool company did an amazing job from start to finish. The service was excellent—always on time, professional, and easy to work with. Called them to set up appt to open pool-they never called back a just showed up one day and demanded $400. Incorrectly installed filter causing it to break. When I called him to come back he screamed at me over the phone and told me I broke it. They use day laborers who know nothing about pools. Save your money, time and aggravation-use someone else.

Be careful of this company. Worst pool service company in Staten Island . Dealt with them last summer and they showed to be dishonest and rude.
