We are first time pool owners and inherited a pool with a tarp falling in on it over the winter. I tried contacting multiple local pool services and either didn’t get a response or they weren’t taking on new clients. It was easy to book online through their website. Both Hunter and Austin are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to answer any questions that we have had. I highly recommend their services!

I had my pool built 3 years ago and it was by far the best experience I've ever had. Andrew, and the rest of his team, are absolutely amazing! Everyone is so detailed and so incredibly nice to work with. What I appreciated so much is you are never kept in the dark about the next steps in the construction process. You always know what's going to be happening each week. Not only did Andrew and his crew hold true to that, but they completed my pool ahead of schedule. You cannot go wrong with Relax Pools! If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

We had our pool built last spring and I can’t express enough on how Andrew and his whole team have made this experience painless. Brook was amazing in helping out with all the options and procurement of materials and dealing with vendors, thank you Brook. Ashley is probably the best pool chemist in the area she makes it super easy to get your water ready for the year. Also Andrew and his entire build team were so nice to work with, these guys always do what they say and show up on time and on schedule. If you are looking for a pool company, I would start here. I just purchased a house with a pool and have spent the last several weeks trying to find someone who could give me an orientation and do weekly cleanings. Up until contacting them I had no luck, including with the company that the previous owner had been using. Even though they were busy and not able to take my call right away, Hunter called me right back and was able to come out and do an orientation the next day.
