I can’t say enough great things about Reyes’s Pool Cleaning Services! They’ve been taking care of my pool and Jacuzzi weekly, and everything is always absolutely spotless. You can really tell they take pride in their work—everything looks crystal clear and perfectly maintained every time. We moved into our new house and Reyes Pool Services was the current company taking care of the pool with prior owner and so we decided to stay. They did our pool inspection while we were in escrow and this should have been the first red flag. They indicated they did a full inspection and by the time we moved in our sweeper did not work and we had a leak on one of our pumps. I called week after week and was given a different excuse by the office assistant every time. I liked this company the first year we had them. Second year the pool was always green in the summer right after they were out and I’d have to call to get someone to come back out. Sometimes I’d have to call several times to get a response so I’d end up having to clean the pool myself. They don’t clean the filter “as needed” like it should be so it would get green and circulate algae throughout the pool. It would cause the pump to work harder than it should which would make parts fail that we would be responsible to pay for. They lack honesty and self accountability as well. Was told I’d recei…

These guys are great. They take care of all my pool needs. If there is an emergency they will come out too. Their prices are reasonable. I’ve been with them for 5 years and i won’t be changing. I recommend them

I am pleased with this pool service. Ricardo is willing to answer any questions and is willing to hear my concerns. He goes the extra mile to ensure my pool is running at its best. The last pool service company did the bare minimum. I am very happy I switched to Reyes Pool Services. I would recommend.
