We selected Riverstone Pools because of their reputation and because they had the capacity to install our pool and hot tub quickly than all the other companies we received bids from. They worked with us on design and were able to use the same stone on the walls that we had on the house. The end product is fantastic. What’s more, they provide service after the sale, and the handoff between sales, construction, and service is seamless.

We were impressed with Riverstone from beginning to end. We met with many pool companies in the Nashville area and felt they were the most detailed and thorough from the start. They were patient during our long permit approval process and super helpful in all things related to Metro. Hands down the best company I've ever worked with.. it's as if disney world started a pool company, everything's smooth sailing with the nicest people. I’ll recommend them a thousand times over. Never had a service with a white glove touch on such a massive scope of work. Their designer Paige made an oasis we will never want to leave and Jason and his team made it come to life. Long post alert!! (Definitely a must read) Riverstone pools is the absolute BEST!!! Here’s why. The communication from start to finish was the absolute best. We started our process with asking around and found a neighbor who had previously used Riverstone pools. We called to schedule an appointment, which we were greeted by Scott at our home. Based on our "pool journey" I can honestly endorse Riverstone Pools without reservation. Much to our chagrin, we inherited a "pool" that was literally caving in on itself - poorly constructed, didn't meet code, couldn't be salvaged. Amazing family-owned company that builds custom pools. Jason and team helped us design the right pool for our yard and stayed within budget. They own most of the services other pool companies outsource which helps them limit lag time between project phases and control quality. Our dig began in March and we were swimming by July 4th weekend. They stand behind their work and were quick to resolve any issues that arose during the process. I highly recommend Riverstone.

Customer Service is top notch. We had a great experience and glad we chose Riverstone to build our backyard oasis! They communicated well, were always available to answer any questions we had, and we now have a great place for fun and fellowship in our backyard!
