We had a fantastic experience with Avery and team at Rock Solid for our new deck and landscaping around our pool. From the initial design meeting to the final walkthrough, the team was professional, punctual, and highly skilled. The craftsmanship is excellent, and they left our backyard spotless. We contacted Rock Solid Landscape & Irrigation about replacing our old 12' x 20' wood deck with a Trex composite deck with aluminum railings. Will and Avery came out to take a look and spent a great deal of time answering our questions to help us land on a design that fit within our budget. They were professional, responsive, and thoughtful throughout the process. Deck Replacement: After 20 years, it was time to replace our wood deck, and we obtained several quotes. Rock Solid was not the least expensive option, but their professionalism, responsiveness, and proposed design was excellent. Will and Avery were an amazing team in helping us through the process of putting up our deck. They were also patient as we decided whether to do landscaping or not. The deck was up within 3 days, and sod removal was done promptly after that. They made sure everything was perfect and met with us when the project was complete. Both Will and Avery have been so great to work with, and we highly recommend their services.

We have used Rock Solid for over a decade. They installed our sprinkler system and have done all blowouts and repairs. Their old sales guy (Shawn, I think) was wonderful to work with, trustworthy. For the last number of years since he left, I’ve dealt with Jim, the owner, for all scheduling needs. All interactions have been neutral to slightly negative, always feeling like he was too busy and it was an annoyance to deal with me. But we haven’t had any problems, so kept using them.
