Tremendous experience with Sac Pool Pros, Inc.! From the very first call to the completion of the job, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently and left our pool in absolutely pristine condition. They clearly know what they are doing and take great pride in their work. Our pool has never looked so clean and well maintained. Friendly staff, fair pricing and outstanding results. Sac Pool Pros is without a doubt the best pool service company in the area. Originally, Sac Pool promised a 1-month turnaround for my pool construction, but it ultimately took 4 months. While I was initially concerned about the delay, I understand it wasn't a "rush process" and appreciate the time their experienced teams took to create a clean and high-quality final product. My only point of improvement would be communication. Instead of having customers inquire weekly about the next team's arrival, upfront transparency about potential wait times would significantly enhance the experience. Excellent service! The staff was very helpful and professional. The design team went through all the details and took into consideration everything that we wanted to be detailed into this pool project! The construction crew was very professional and understanding to all the Minor details that we wanted to be implemented into our pool project! The final result was amazing and we have been enjoying it since completion every day!

​I had high hopes for this project, but working with Sac Pool Pros has been a complete nightmare. I signed my contract back in October 2023, and the management and communication throughout have been completely unacceptable. ​First, their quoting practices after signing the contract are highly unprofessional, if not outright deceptive.
