We purchased a San Juan pool 5 years ago after my parents owned one for 30+ years that I grew up swimming in and then my kids also swam in. We have been happy with the quality of our new pool and recently had a repair done. Matt McKenzie was the tech who was exceptional with not only the repair but with tips and tricks to brighten our pool color and restore it to original appearance. Hi there, I have owned my pool since 2019 and only got this fiberglass pool because the maintenance was much easier than a pebbletec and so forth and the longevity was suppose to last longer.Last year my pool started showing defects with the finish in pool. Long story short a pool sales guy came out from San Juan and poured some solution and didn't do anything else and he said he will let the office know and what will take place, this was back in September 2023, so I have been in contact with Derek Meier and he sent Victor a pool repair employee and he said to fix pool correctly he would need …
