We have recently had our pool done by Seacard Pools. The whole process was so seamless. They handled all the permitting and we passed every inspection the first time. Antonio and Nick in the Menifee store are super helpful and very easy to work with. They have wonderful customer service and are an asset to the company. We love our pool!!! I originally purchased my pool back in 2012 and changed my liner along with adding a ledge and changing out my equipment. I met Vince at the Menifee store. From the time I met him until I actually had the work complete last month it has been a wonderful experience. Vince goes above and beyond. He took the time to show me liners made some recommendations and I am completely satisfied. Just moved into a new house and the pool warranty that came with the house was not honored. Was told that it doesn’t transfer over. How is that my problem? Does not do the job right the first time and doesn’t want to honor warranty

We bought a spa from Secards just before the holidays and the experience was quick and easy. No up selling or hidden fees. Nick was very knowledgeable about their inventory and provided excellent service. The facilities are clean and well stocked and we would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for an above ground pool, vinyl pool, spa, or supplies.

BEWARE you will need to contact a lawyer!l! If you need the name of a good lawyer leave comment, I will send. Unless you are ready to be blamed for delays, etc. Sales was great, construction & communication are the worst. Construction points fingers at customer when a question has been asked & your questions becomes “issues” to them. Houston does not communicate at all nor has any idea what he is calling the customer for and then was caught in lie regarding calling in inspections.
