I read all the poor reviews, don’t give up on this company. I met Greg at the County Fair two years ago. I was very much interested in a vinyl pool, but it wasn’t the right time to have one installed at my house. I thought about the pool often and two years later, I contacted Greg again regarding the pool. I pretty much purchased all upgrades for my 12x24 liner pool spending more than intended and adding a gazebo jacuzzi. We had looked around and interviewed several pool builders & received bids just prior to the Pandemic. Secard pools was the only company in which their prices weren't outrageously overpriced. After looking at the reviews and speaking with people who actually had Secard pools, we decided to go with them. Greg at the Pico Rivera location was upfront about everything, including cost and time-line. We were always kept in the loop on the progress. Secard has a different crew for everything. Cheapest priced option for an inground pool. We've had our Islander 12x24 for almost 20 years. We love it.

We love our hot tub. We can't believe we waited 100 years before having this liquid vacation right in our own backyard. The path to acquiring a spa in our possession took quite a while. We are relentless in our research. We talked to everybody in the LA metro area, including Wayfair.com. We kept running into lengthy wait times and high pressure sales people or just plain bad communication skills. It was easier finding health insurance. These guys couldn’t care less about their customers. They took six months and three different pool liners manufactured before completing the job. It took three different times to make the pool liner because their measurements were completely off. I took a picture of the measurements they took and then measured the pool myself. Not even close. Now we have a pool liner that looks like crap. Wrinkles everywhere. Over time it fits even worse. They are rude on the phone. Horrible work. Horrible customer services. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company.Greg is the worst
