I’ve been fighting with my pool all summer. Being the stubborn person that I am, I tried everything to get it right: algaecide, increase pH, more salt, replaced the salt cell, backwash, vacuum, countless hours of internet searching and still, my pool looked like Shrek’s swamp and the control system seemed to be fried harder than a burnt 3rd shift Waffle House egg. Chase is very knowledgeable and professional. His customer service is top notch. He answers texts very promptly and really knows his stuff!! He is very helpful and we couldn’t have asked for a better pool guy!! Highly, highly recommend!! It’s awesome to have someone who knows so much to help!!

Chase is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Service is usually good, but communication can turn unprofessional when pointing out issues. Pool Cleanliness: 4/5. Great chemistry. Barely scrubs. Occasionally cleans robot. Communication: 2/5. Very responsive, but could be more professional, because service issues aren't personal!

Chase Sekul came out to replace my pool's cartridge filter and ended up correcting a lot more. My pool pump has never operated this well ever! Great service, tons of helpful knowledge and very easy to do business with. Feel comfortable giving him a call.

The worker only spent about 5 minutes at my pool cleaning. When I called to communicate to the owner. He got upset, didn’t listen to my concerns, told me to go somewhere and hung up on me. That was very unprofessional. I hope your company will take this feedback seriously and improve your service and communication.
