Besides the staff being very friendly, this is THE PLACE TO GO if you want to learn how to scuba dive. Mark Poulos is one of the instructors and he is VERY knowledgeable and good. When I was learning how to dive earlier this year, I had issues (all in my head!) with some of the skills. Mark was VERY, VERY patient with me. He told me over and over that no matter how long it took, he was going to get me through all the levels and get me certified. He wasn't lying!! I took longer to get through the skills than the rest of the class but he stuck by my side, literally, and got me through it. …

Absolute worst experience I have ever had with a pool company. We made an appointment with them to fix our pool and then didn’t hear from them for 3 weeks. Finally I called them and asked about it and the lady never even filed our work order because she lost the paperwork and therefore never ordered the parts they needed to complete the service. 2 more weeks go by and I call them again and she claims she hasn’t had time to wait on hold to order the parts needed for my pool. We have been using Sentry Pool for are closing now for 3 years, and they always do a good job. This year I happened to be around during the closing and watched the guys put 20 gallons of antifreeze in the pool and and when we received our bill it stated 30 gallons. I called Kat and explained to her and she said they have always used 30 gallons. I told her I would check out the camera feed and I was correct at only 20 gallons being used. I called back and she was only going to credit me 5 gallons. I then explained that I have video of them only using 20 and she then took off the other 10. I the…

The worst. They charged me $200 to take the cover off my pool and pour chemicals in. I could have easily done that myself. I called right after they left to address the issue directly. They we at my house for 20 minutes and charged an hour labor. Then they charged a travel fee. This should have been stated when I made the appointment and gave them the address. Shady business.

They build what's called a River Pool. It's a pool that you swim against a current of water. It's much faster than an Endless pool. Great for beginners or someone wanting to be a professional swimmer. A great Experience.
