I’ve dreamed of owning my own swimming pool since I was a kid and Shoreline Pools helped make my dreams come true. They have built an amazing swimming pool in our yard that we will enjoy for many years to come. Not only is the quality and craftsmanship superb but the professionalism of the staff makes Shoreline a pleasure to work with. In addition to the building of the pool, the support that has continued for maintenance should also be recognized. I truly appreciate the collaboration with shoreline in helping to make my dreams come true.

While I have not purchased a pool from this business, I would never consider it based simply on my interactions with their employees driving well-marked company trucks around Stamford. I frequently witness these people ignore traffic rules, drive across lanes, park across multiple spaces in lots, and I have lost track of how many times I have been nearly hit by a truck with their name/logo on the side. One would expect that if your employer's name was on the vehicle, you would be more careful interacting with other vehicles.

Long overdue praise. We hired Shoreline for a significant in ground pool update years back. Tony, who coordinated and managed the process, was so very patient in all of his response to our questions or worries. The quality of every aspect of the job was top notch. Shoreline is top notch. Team is professional and knowledgeable. Dave and Paul are both responsive with a focus on customer service. Their technicians are fulltime employees who have long tenure with the company. Dave has extensive knowledge of pool equipment and chemicals. We really enjoyed working with Shoreline. My husband and I found that their customer service and communication was spot on. Their prices are higher than most, but the service we received and the craftsmanship was superb. We definitely got what we paid for. We knew going into this project that building a pool during a pandemic would pose issues such as delays or backorders, but we had realistic expectations and found ourselves beyond satisfied with the progress of our job and ultimately the completion.
