The staff at Smoky Mountain Pools is always kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Whenever I have a concern, they know how to explain it so I understand (new to having a pool) and schedule repairs quickly

We paid $8k to have our liner replaced. Right before the liner was supposed to be delivered, they called and told us the liner material was out of stock and that we would have to come in and pick a different material. This delayed the installation for another month or two while we waited for the new material. When the material finally arrived, the installers were very unprofessional. The crew never called before arriving or let us know when they were leaving. Just left with garbage scattered around the pool area and with equipment running. Paid $300 for a leak identification. The spot they identified was ridiculously far from where the actual leak was. You can see the marking behind the repairman in the picture. I have calmly and politely called multiple times for a refund and gotten no response. I will be taking them to small claims court.

Always on time, great customer service, and fair pricing! We had a huge problem with getting our pool clean the first of the season and they were able to turn it around for us!

Very disappointed with Kevin, (Owner/operator) from smoky mountain pools in Harriman, TN. We called Kevin about finding a leak in our inground pool. He said it's a $600 fee to come out and detect the leak and that fee included fixing the leak if possible. That sounded reasonable if he was coming out to find the leak and fix it, or at least try to fix it. He came to our house and within 10-15 mins he found the leak around the stairs and told us it can't be fixed and we needed a new liner and he could order and install one for us for around $8500.
