My pool pump motor started squealing, and an outdoor party was approaching. I contacted several local pool repair shops, and all wanted to sell me a new motor AND expensive new pump. Travis at Southern Escapes was great to deal with and provided a new motor, a routine overhaul of the existing pump, and installation for about half the cost quoted by others. Colin did the repair quickly and efficiently. I recommend them most highly!

Highly recommend Southern Escapes. They gave us our true southern escape dream. Rick designed our pool so that it would fit in a tight space, no other pool builders came up with such a great design. Our pool construction guy, Scott stayed in contact with us throughout the project and followed up with us on our concerns. Travis helped with the start up and made sure our equipment was running correctly; he also taught us a lot at pool school. Thank you for our beautiful pool.

5☆ I needed immediate help with chlorinator and water issues. I called Travis and he happily came out same day. Took his time. Never appeared rushed or irritated. Graciously offered other pool care advice. Welcomed me to call him with any follow-up Qs. Next-level customer service. I recommend Southern Escapes for builds and maintenance issues.

I can't thank the people at Southern Escapes, LLC enough for the work they did this fall! They transformed a unappealing bit of backyard into a gorgeous patio with a screen enclosure around a custom heated salt-water pool, and they did it all with incredible professionalism, honesty, and knowledge. Southern Escapes recently built our pool and we had a great experience! They were very communicative throughout the process and ended up completing ahead of schedule! We love our new pool and the kids are swimming almost 7-days/week!

I'm an established customer. Multiple phone calls and an email message trying to get a call back on a service need. 4 days- no response. Will not use this service again.

Great company! Services are consistent and reasonably priced. Any time there’s an issue they’re there to save the day. For example, my pump motor just died and needed replacement. It took a week to get it back up and running so the pool went green and a week out from a big birthday party. They jumped on it, readjusting the normal schedule to make sure that we had plenty of time to get the pool back in order before the party. When I have questions or concerns they’re helpful and great about communication. Highly recommended!!!
